Publify ("we", "our", or "us") is a Shopify application developed by Globalquimia LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install and use Publify.

1. Information We Collect

When you install Publify, we collect and store the following information:

Shopify store domain — to identify your store and make API calls on your behalf.
Shopify access token — to read and write products in your Shopify store.
Printify API token — to access your Printify account and create/publish products.
Printify shop ID — to identify which Printify store to sync with.
Billing plan information — to track your subscription plan and usage limits.

We do not collect or store any customer personal data (names, addresses, payment information, or order history).

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate requests to Shopify and Printify APIs on your behalf.
To publish products from Printify to your Shopify store.
To track monthly product publishing limits per your subscription plan.
To register and process mandatory Shopify webhooks (GDPR compliance).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on a secure server volume hosted by Railway (railway.app). All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not share your data with any third parties except Shopify and Printify as necessary to provide the service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have Publify installed. When you uninstall the app, your Shopify access token is immediately invalidated in our system via the app/uninstalled webhook. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. GDPR Compliance

Publify complies with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhook requirements:

Customer data requests — we do not store customer personal data, so no data export is applicable.
Customer data erasure — we do not store customer personal data, so no erasure is applicable.
Shop data erasure — upon receiving a shop redact webhook, all merchant data is permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

Publify integrates with the following third-party services:

Shopify — for store authentication and product management. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Printify — for print-on-demand product creation. See Printify's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude (Pro plan only) — for AI-generated product titles and descriptions. Content sent includes product blueprint names and mockup images. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about your store. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
